The story begins quite exciting. The titular monster is unmasked but fairly quickly and at short notice. Incidentally runs a second plotline, which occupies much more space. One might think the author had a rather interesting idea about a "Blue Beast" and has noticed, when he was done, that not even enough for one side of the tape ...
