Language was not German but English! ! ! Language pack must be purchased separately.

I rate the product poor because the details of the item are wrong.
The product is indicated with the German language. However, I have received an English version.
The German language pack I bought in addition for 20 EUR by Microsoft to ensure that the Office interface is also German.
At least the product key worked. Since the certificate sticker was already cut (ie was already in use), because I had to be concerned about.
The product as yourself is of course great, but that is not here.
If I do not get the product, the customer, which is described on the internet, I can not rely on it, the customers will therefore deliberately misled, then that has been criminal for me traits that should be stopped immediately.
Trust is important. I also hope Amazon has it an interest.
