Lara Croft in tip-top shape!

Today I write about Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for the PlayStation 4, the so-called "Next Gen" console.

Well, my reason for buying was that I have always been interested in Tomb Raider, but NEVER (!) Have played an adventure of Lara Croft, on any console and not on the PC.
Now I tought me, come, the PS4 haste but bought because you can sometimes treat ourselves, as I could see in a trailer as well looks like the graphics and the forth gameplay - I was blown away, so the game in the "was edition "but only from" is next-gen "graphics reserved.

I played now 4 hours, and was able to extent aware of all things, to understand how the game is running, what tricks there, etc.

I must admit that it is an absolutely great game!
Not only that the heroine (Lara Croft) absolutely likeable and authentic appearance in the game, no, you have to admit that the synchronization of her voice in German absolutely perfect (!) Is spoken by Hoku Ho, the one or the other well known is.
The dialogues fit easy, Lara advocates often courage ("... you can do it" ...) and especially in fight scenes or cutscenes is clearly evident that worked here really with heart and "Nora" all their emotions and tones of voice for Lara has exhausted - especially when Lara injured and crying for pain!

So much for the "sound", now the graphics ...

This is absolutely insane, I also own Killzone Shadow Fall, which already has a good graphics, Tomb Raider, but has even better graphics, which is impressive in particular the detailed cutscenes eg

o water, rivers, rain
o dirt in Lara's face, blood, scrapes
o Plants, Trees

In general you have to say that the physical condition basically everything has been done correctly. There is a point where you have to "small" waterfall with a burning torch through a, here goes the torch, in other games it would probably further fired :)

Otherwise, very much was to thought that the developers have probably thought so that they incorporate the "feature" only and then again think carefully about it: Is that the same? Does it make sense? Is it logical?

In short: To graph an absolute hammer, I am overwhelmed to be honest what is already a console since November 2013 the market is possible!

Game:

So as already written, I have no previous experience Tomb Raider, but I was out absolutely clean in or on the game approach, it will all simply superb explained and you will find yourself very quickly to right, the control is also very light and is explained in detail in the game, especially when you get new skills, there are often a "small" tutorial in which you may put its new "weapon" or its ability directly to the test, I like very much.
Next I have to say that I am somewhat ambivalent because of the "fight sequences" where you have to press a key, this is not done you're dead now. As mentioned before I do not know whether this has always been part of the Tomb Raider genre, I rate yes just this part that I also currently playing.
But it is so that you can even directly can start if you then die back there, or immediately before where one has just died, so is the "frustration" stepped down to a minimum.

Otherwise, I think that's great that the screen as is "free", ie not like some games have currently so completely clogged up everything with screen map, weapons, commands it so everything is minimalistic but with the pretext of achieving as much as possible to can: CLASS !!!

As a final highlight I have to praise the voice control, just awesome! I say, for example, gun and the game sets the command within 2-3 seconds, you have to speak clearly and loudly only, all made possible by PlayStation Camera, this time there were at my PS4 Bundle to if you so no camera you could have here NEN Kaufgrund found! It's really been amazing how much already, the console with software ...

I am definitely very pleased with the "new" Tomb Raider and can really only recommend it, apparently, the season average is rated at 12-14 hours (depending on the difficulty / season) but well worth it "Definitive")

Did the game by now, a lot was fun, even after being run through to make me the motivation as more ...
But what I wanted to add, you need not necessarily the PlayStation 4 To use the camera to the Voice commands in the game! This also works with the factory attached headset that you can get at any PS4 it! Sorry for the misinformation!
