We have misjudged us in the size of our Christmas duck and some were able to Römertopf used for decades smaller scale use not unfortunately. Therefore we bought this big portion and we are equally beigeistert. The duck has become very good and still I hold the Römertopf for the best option, to conjure up a delicious roast! Highly recommended!
