The purchase reason was simple. I live alone, and make me very happy times still a pie, a tart or quiche, a 28er shape as quickly too large. So I was looking for a small version and found this set here. A 11er Quiche not enough in my opinion out to fill you up, but one has thankfully these 4 small ramekins so that one makes oneself simply 2 small quiches.

After use, they can be rinsed easily, and I do not put in the dishwasher and the accompanying Plegehinweise note.
