leather case lumix battery pack 4GB SDHC card.

it is a panasonic not lamborghini Case that I ordered for accuracy, at least that is what was proposed before Christmas ...
So ok battery, leather Case Lumix ok but hs SDHC card is not recognized by the tz5 Lumix.
after several email that I had to justify myself several times to make them understand that my card is hs.
I refer in Germany and there in an email they tell me that it works on their computer ..... ??????
I replied that on their computer may be not on my lumix tz5 !!!!!! and it starts to do well .....
I bought another home in different brand and is recognized immediately so it does not come from my camera. !!!!!
a stimulus strength every day by email they sent me another, the same that the latter has been recognized at first.
by cons I'm out of my pocket for the postage to have it returned in germany ....
So positive balance still to me have changed since the end of 10 days ....
