Unfortunately, the small LED has gone inside after just one month break (during which time the lamp was not even at times). The hole at the bottom (through the power cord goes) is however so small that you do not get the LED out. The small LED is loose in the ball and on the underside of the LED are two metal brackets which are designed to prevent the falling out (barb principle).
Apparently you have this kind of fold to pull the LED from the small hole. Unfortunately, the hole is so small that not even a finger fits through the hole and the bracket can not be folded down. In addition, the edge of the hole is quite sharp, so you have to be careful not to cut it. I now have a couple of times trying to remove the LED, so that I can replace it - unfortunately without success. The LED has now totally keyed to the barb at the top of the ball and is secure - even though I have only pushed carefully up.
Also constantly crumble any white shavings from the lamp as soon as you move the LED something probably abgebröselte color from inside.
The seller I have in this regard has already been registered. Here was just a "We look at times to" back and since then I have not heard anything more.
In the reading corner to give the "lamp" as pure decoration figure still quite good. Actually, it is, however, the article is a table lamp, and due to the above described from defects and the associated hassles I forgive the article as "table lamp" only one star ...
If I have overlooked any mechanism by which the LED can be easily exchanged, I'll change the review. If anyone can tell me how to do that, I would be very grateful to that. I somehow feel that I simply place my only stupid, but I see absolutely no other way to exchange the LED, except the said bracket to fold at the LED inside the lamp - which simply is not possible ...
