Great device. If you want to see the display well outside what should be in the background dark. In bright sky or clouds I had to make the display very bright. The first update is a pop-up window, the other (yes multiple) updates I had Settings ... initiated with hand. The software is and what you get as free on Google Play makes me happy. (Unfortunately, this version lacks a cell phone card slot, but I found out that one get fit in your pocket and hold 6-7 hours of battery for about 30-50 mobile wireless router. About Surfstick probably will go but most do not have a USB plug Mirco, but there are also adapters.)
