The shop claims to be "Fintie EU". Most bags are actually in stock and ready for shipping. However, this is also dependent on the color that is selected. I chose the bag in "Navy" and have noticed only after the ordering process, that the bag had to be imported only from the United States (in this color) - resulting in a long delivery time (2.5 weeks) showed. So here careful when choosing colors, if you need the bag urgently. However, I would have when ordering also may notice itself, which is why it it is also no star deduction.
When the bag was finally here, I realized that they 10 HD + (3G version) is not quite fit despite other specified by the manufacturer for the Lenovo Yoga. The recess for the light sensor is set incorrectly and covered him completely, so that it has no function and the automatic brightness control is not working. There's a star deduction.
However, the contact with the customer service of Fintie is it exemplary. It has received fast and accommodating to my problem. Fintie informed me that all their pockets, have the cut at this point and therefore makes no sense an exchange. Apparently there were differences in the US version and EU version of the Tablets (In Although I have not found any information on the Internet, but oh well;)). Either I could return the bag or keep it and get a credit. Ultimately, I have kept the bag, otherwise they really like me and also fits well. In the pictures that I have set up, you can see the problem with the hidden sensor.
Now I have myself with a belt punch; made) in place a cutout for the light sensor in the sleeve and with a blue felt tip pen (or what do you call the parts with which you can punch an additional hole in a belt?) edges of the hole dyed so that it practically does not really stand. The customer service I have asked to be noted in the product description that the case for the Lenovo Yoga 10 HD + does not fit. This has not happened. Only has noted: "PLEASE NOTE: This protective cover is ONLY for Lenovo Yoga 10 / Yoga 10 HD capable." This is misleading because it "10 HD Yoga" are not, but either only the older "Yoga 10" or the more recent "Yoga 10 HD +". (When I ordered, the yoga was in the product description explicitly stated 10 HD + as appropriate. This is also still so in my orders.) Therefore, there is an additional half star deduction.
Last but not least, there are still half a star deduction, because the integrated aluminum stand you can not use with the bag. The envelope enclosing the stand so that you can not use it unless you open the bag or take it off entirely. If that's the Lenovo Yoga is important should look for another bag.
From my side so 3 stars: The envelope is (apart from the wrong recess for the light sensor) manufactured high quality and looks good. All buttons and also front and rear camera are easily accessible. Also the possibility for setting up the tablets (without stand) is given. However, it can only stand angle realize what is different with the integrated stand here. Because you can stand the tablet at different angles.
Overall, a nice bag with some minor flaws. When ordering on the shipping time pay! :)
