I bought the deposits in order to put me in shoes with good tread less inside. For longer sidewalks I always got pain on the inside of the lower leg, exactly where in the picture at the bottom should be an increase. Meanwhile, I'm wearing the insoles for several weeks every day and I have actually no more pain. If I change the shoes, I realize that now that does not have the deposits there. These are definitely the best deposits that I have. They look now somewhat flattened out and they will probably need to be replaced soon, but the pleasant wearing feeling is still there. I subtract a star because I've wanted something longer shelf life for the price. But otherwise, I'm still very satisfied.
