I was quite skeptical about this pillow was concerned, but got it but then ordered. Since I have a broad cross and side sleepers am, I had the cushion fill to the brim with water, so that it is sufficiently high enough when it is the head sideways. Since I have the pillow, I sleep much better, awake less and am in the morning in the neck relaxed. Since I have a herniated disc in the cervical spine, a relaxed neck muscles is extremely important to be pain-free. Small disadvantage: Because the cushion is fully up to the stop with water, is a part of the water area of the shoulder. Even on warm days you realize the coldness of the water. During the day put the pillow under the ceiling, then it goes. The normal sleep on your back is the not but notice. All in all a great value buy and worth every penny!
