Less than a minute ?!

What is this please? If there - while the order is being processed - is that the whole process will take less than a minute, but I strongly suspect that I have to wait only a minute on my code. Instead, there is now that it can take up to four hours. But of course I am assured that it takes in most cases under an hour. Thanks amazon.com that I belong almost never with you to most cases!
