Let There Be Rock - Pt. 2 ...

In 1978, the long-awaited successor of AC / DC's undisputed masterpiece * Let There Be Rock * entitled * * Powerage. Bon, Malcolm, Angus & Co. would have but can just as well * Let There Be Rock Part 2 * write on the album cover. Without copying themselves make the Australians simply continued where they had left off at the last studio session.

The abundance of hard rock jewels jump a catchy. Hard, loud and rough. It was still far away from commercial sound of the later discs. The hard rock world was still in order, and songs such as * Rock'N'Roll Damnation *, * Riff Raff *, * Sin City *, * Whats Next To The Moon * and * Up to My Neck In You * include , had as well as the tracks of the ingenious predecessor, the AC / DC to offer the best songs. And all this in his usual dry production of both Master Producer Vanda and Young.

It is precisely in the music always quick with words like masterpiece, milestone or classics at hand, and to use such term almost inflationary when a troop halfway talented musicians throw a halfway reasonable slice of the market, but especially in AC / DC's fifth wheel (measured according to Australian standards) would certainly all three terms their legitimate use, but not in this version and in this form.

Sorry, something missing! Unfortunately it was missing something very crucial, namely, a song that I sorely miss and therefore prefer to grab my old vinyl version. The CD version omits us now in circulation again repeated the song * Cold-Hearted Man *, who was included on the original LP. All that remains is once again a light version of hard rock classic left.
