The result is a perfectly adequate lighting (40 m² surface) Detection is effective (at least 6 meters). After a month of use (average 10 minutes per day), the lamp always work. LEDs consume nothing seems
Importantly, think about the battery, type D (they are very large, more than the type C).
At the orientation, the lamp is adjustable in the foot (rotation) in the arm (tilt). A wheel will block the rotating foot control (same with the rotation of the arm). The brand holds in place.
The battery introducing direction is indicated (convenient for those who never know which way to put the batteries - + and - indicated). Opening is facilitated by a drawing showing the position vérouillée.
I have not used the supplied screws and plugs (for I usually use my supplies), but know they are provided (3 fixing screws). The set is heavy, I do not know if the supplied screws are enough to hold all (mainly the weight of the battery)
I have attached some pictures of the disassembled lamp (easy to climb!) You will see the front, top with repere for locking the set and the settings on the base and the arm.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a lamp to illuminate a hallway, a room a garden shed and you do not have electricity, this product is for you!
