The installation in the 3.5 "bay of my gigabyte housing using the included rails had any problems. The SSD was immediately recognized by my PC with Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3 motherboard. Then partition the disk, the system by Image software from the old HDD copied to the SSD, to correct the installation by running the 'computer repair' of the Windows 7 DVD once and everything went well.
The pure boot time - without BIOS tests - fell from about 67 to lightning-fast 29 seconds (Core2Duo E7400 with 2.80GHz, 4GB RAM, Windows 7 32bit)! The work under Windows is extremely fast vonstatten. Only the start of major programs such as Pinnacle Studio Ultimate takes a little; the rest as Office, Windows Explorer, IE, etc. is almost no delay. So does work on the PC fun!
An SSD in the computer, I would like in the future not to miss, a real added value. For mass storage in the PC of the SSD is a Samsung 2TB HDD aside.
Both Kingston SSD V-Series versions (SATA Desktop Bundle and SATA Notebook Bundle) I can recommend. Ample accessories, very good performance, favorable price. Would I buy again at any time!
