This book is not binding, it is a glued square back, so that after numerous openings can be somewhat weakened.
The biggest downside is the ridiculous size of headbands. It is essential to bring a magnifying glass to read them. Of course this book is already very thick and it saves pages but at the expense of ease of consultation. Too bad because technically there is nothing to say except that it's a great book;
