For production:
The box comes in a handy 500g can and next includes the creatine monohydrate no scoops (would actually have been quite nice, but is not wild).
The powder itself looks like icing sugar and is super soluble in water! .. Unlike the monohydrate by Scitec Nutrition, which again immediately deposited on the bottom right after the stirring.
The 5g monohydrate (equivalent to a smooth level teaspoon) I recommend I was still a heaping teaspoon of glucose / dextrose (enough Here the inexpensive version of the drug store) for the rapid transfer of the monohydrate, which is absolutely tasteless in itself.
