The Flander's is a company that recruits and trains super villains to hire their services to all in need of vigilantes fame. Obviously, the plot does not end there, since the characters that appear are the horniest than each other: a tyrannical boss, a sadistic DRH, a wacky scientist and villains with rather unusual powers, to nazes not mean completely!

In this cartoon, we find the same spirit as in the series, with a side qu'amènent cartoon drawings of Tod and Dreki. Suffice to say that it will appeal to all fans of the series, but also to all those who want to pay for a good slice of laughter from reading this comic!
