Listening and chic design ...

Why I have chosen for the HD229? I hear through my phone quite like music and I had no desire for in-ear headphones and because I am a bit on retro and comfort, I wanted to have a supra-aural headphones. Of course, it was perfect that a few weeks ago just these headphones have been tested. I opted for the Sennheiser because he got top marks for sound and shielding the test and has incidentally exactly fit in my targeted cost limit. The optics in the pictures was not without.

Optics: really very chic. I bought it in black and purple. The headset has a mix of piano lacquer and matt applications. The Color Purple The Sennheiser has used is very interesting because it changes by different light between purple and dark pink. The 1.4m long cable and 3.5mm jack are purple in color.

Comfort: It is the headphones very well adjusted in height by snapping. They are very flexible (width) and really easy. I wear glasses and here disturb the headphones while longer and do not wear. You can twist the shells horizontally and thereby clean up space. Also falls should not be a problem, because the headphones are really processed "easy" but high quality.

Connection: The cable is sufficiently long and relatively thin with 140cm. The 3.5mm jack is properly processed and is very stable.

Acoustics: That's why you buy a good set of headphones. I am so surprised by the positive tone / sound. The headset has been optimized for MP3 players and mobile phones. Accordingly, the player software plays a major role on the phone! Actually, everyone sourpuss should be clear that if the software and the equalizers are not optimized, then no listening come about. The Sennheiser HD 229 has been optimized in my opinion, on the medium and natural pitches and here you have the greatest listening pleasure eg "Lindsey Stirling - My Immortal". I use as a player software the power amp and here everyone can set the perfect tone for themselves. Even cool beats as eg "Katy Perry - Dark Horse" are transmitted with a lot of bang for your ears. Much Bass are no problem if the settings are correct but since I have these headphones, I've become addicted to really good orchestral and rock music. Live concerts of by a grandiose spaciousness and depth.

Conclusion: I am not an expert but I love acoustic music and know what sounds good and the Sennheiser HD229 are excellent for this money. Especially songs of "Nightwish", eg "Ghost Love Score", "Planet Hell", "I Want My Tears Back" and "Last of the Wilds" benefit from Sennheiser HD 229. Genial !!!
