I unfortunately can not assign 4.5 stars, 4 stars are too little but I'll add this half star option.

Processing:
The processing of Oral-B is very good. After 2 years the handpiece looks almost new and the included accessories is impeccable.
Only the top "bar" on the brush is inserted leiert after 2 years from something. Effect on performance, however, this has not. The brush stuck just not as "stiff" on the handpiece, but "wiggle" slightly more than when new. That's why I deducted half a star.
The brush was so far always Waterproof, although this is not indicated. That's good, because it is possible to clean the brush properly.

Cleaning power:
The Oral-B Triumph 5000 I bought as already mentioned in a timely manner to my PZR 2013. Before that I use a manual toothbrush, which the dentist immediately noticed, since the proportion of plaque was relatively high.
At first I had an ultrasound toothbrush from Oral-B, which was recommended to me because of the brush head is in the form of a manual toothbrush and you get so much worse in tight spaces.
I then took the 30 day money back guarantee to complete and it bought the Oral-B Triumph 5000.
I have not used the toothbrush at 2 times a day. If I sleep with my girlfriend, I have there a manual toothbrush.
Meanwhile, I use it as well as there.
I brush always 2-3 minutes, not tooth for tooth but slide the brush slowly over the teeth. So I'm getting mM to a more uniform result.
The cleaning performance is excellent. Plaque is reliably removed, interdental spaces are cleaned and preserved the gums. The teeth are much smoother and enjoy excellent health.
My last PZR this week showed how well the cleaning performance of the Triumph 5000. The dentist was very enthusiastic, they would need the PZR in such an oral hygiene not actually make. "Sau horny teeth and oral hygiene" were her words.

Shortly an indication for proper care.
I have had very good experience with it, the toothbrush after each brush to thoroughly clean. For this I take the brush, clean the upper part of the handpiece under warm running water. The brush head to clean under warm running water and blow it out afterwards. Dry everything and put it together. If I do not do this, always runs me everything on the toothbrush down and accumulates on the charging station. Disgusting, but that is the attraction and unfortunately can only be prevented so: P
To think that the battery is defective after 0.5-2 years, I can express myself just smiles.

Who wants to have a high-end toothbrush with excellent cleaning performance, which is easy to use and is even preparing brushing teeth fun with the Triumph 5000 well served. The workmanship is very good, only after 2 years, the upper part, in which the brush head is placed a little "worn", but this does not involve any restriction with it. The battery after 2 years hardly loss of capacity and the design is chic. Can be cleaned with any desired tooth paste and with proper care you have long fun. And naturally healthy teeth)
