Since I have the Bomann-unit, I think at night, I have a ghost in the kitchen. The machine hums - OK, that's normal, but it chirps and seuftzt also, sometimes it makes sounds like indigestion ... All attempts by Umrücken decrease noise were useless. Also inconvenient: the shelves in the refrigerator door can not be adjusted in height. Smaller bottles such as ketchup or cocktail sauces, thereby blocking the bottle compartment and large beverage bottles lying on the (too few) glass shelves. The cover of the vegetable compartment is only 2/3 of the surface of the upper storage compartment too little storage space in the large but actually device. Overall, the "interior" acts although bright but cheap. I'm curious to see how long the storage compartments. The freezers are OK, pity that no thermostat is installed. I have yet to buy a freezer thermometer. For our 3-person household OK, but with the good reviews I expected more.
Addendum 4 months later I pull another star off because of constant moisture in the refrigerator. I have 2-3 times a week the crisper rausnehmen to wipe the refrigerator dry ground. Apparently the condensed water does not run properly from or it is too much condensation on the back wall. Although the controller is only 2-3, the upper back is iced up almost constantly. I close the door already firmly! The refrigerator thermometer shows 5-7 degrees above the vegetable compartment, which is actually ideal. Why forms so much water that the vegetable loading "floats" I do not know. I am a long experienced housewife and place any hot food in the refrigerator. The flow on the rear wall does not seem to be clogged. Overall, this is the worst fridge, I had in 35 years.
