I use it quite often called "Sport-Tape", namely while running. For long routes are particularly affected my toes, so the "Bubble-prone" toes before the run sometimes packed in a plaster layer. This stuff keeps fantastic, just on the feet with the high friction caused by the movement and the sport of course very warm and humid climate in the shoe is not the course. All other patches give here a short time the ghost, Elastoplast brings me literally by the (half) marathon;)
