After I had two DOA in the G502 and the third has not kept long, I decided to try me with the G402. The positive first: They finally came to healing!
I like the size of the mouse. I have pretty big hands and therefore it flatters me very much. In addition, I find the position of the thumb buttons very successful. That was unfortunately already.
Negative is particularly the mouse wheel. The wheel of the G502 is also very poor. The thick and heavy metal wheel is so poorly managed that this has always been broken. This wheel is healing, but I absolutely need a third mouse button for two programs that I use. I can forget in this mouse, as each click test is accompanied by a slight spin the middle button. After all, I can move the middle mouse button on the thumb button, so this also does so. The grid of the wheel but also sounds after speedy death.
Furthermore, it bothers me that, according to site all the data to have been tested on a wood veneer. I can use this mouse on any wood surface, because the pointer either madly dancing or not respond to my movements. Currently, one sheet of paper is under the mouse. That seems to read them without problems. The alleged 4000DPI feel but rather to after 1800. I use the mouse at full resolution and it seems to me to be just a tad bit too little.
What I do not understand is the G-sensor. What has something unnecessary to look in a mouse? As if anybody in any situation is capable of this sensor trigger geziehlt.
Also bothers me that every download of the German side to this Logitech mouse is not installed. Supposedly I always pick from the wrong operating system. On the Ami-side it works smoothly, however.
I keep the mouse currently only because I have no heal mouse in my possession more. I buy at least now nothing more from Logitech. Two stars I admit, because the ergonomics is not bad. The rest is easy cheese!
