after my first Tefal pan is 10 years old, what I thought, the Teflon coating can somehow and that stuff is supposed to be a few years "carcinogenic".
Then I ordered this pan.
Optics and weight are great. I notice that she, however on a normal cooker with ceramic hob takes a long time until it is time really hot. Mag may be thicker at the bottom and they "ready" for induction. Was just in a few years when the stove is broken not even have to buy the new pan :-)
Fried eggs sizzle but not as crisp even after some time and be outside and not so cross.
It is very easy wobbly and also leaves me little Alufahrer on my ceramic hob which is pretty annoying me since it with detergent and Glitzi not go away. Time test Ceranfeldreiniger.
Since it takes longer, somehow not as hot as the old and on top of that leaves drivers I have more disadvantages as advantages with the new pan :-(
