This cable provides a more solid feel to the Apple cable: at the connectors, plugs are more rigid, which should extend the cable to length. The connectors are slightly wider but does not interfere with the hook (few extra millimeters).
This cable has the certification MFI (Made for iPhone), which removes any bad surprise compatibility. It is perfectly compatible with an iPhone or iPad. Recharging and synchronization function like a moose with cable.
Price level (although I did not pay my copy), it is cheaper than that sold on the AppStore.
