I've always taken a glaze in the shade spruce for my spruce terrace. Saw shortly after the strike quite OK, but the look was quickly gone. In addition, moisture attracted almost unchanged purely in the wood. About 6 weeks ago, I applied the Bangkirai oil. The first coat, the oil was literally sucked out of the brush (had long since deleted). The 2nd coat was no longer as material-intensive. But the Ergebnis-- worth seeing !!! The terrace looks quite different ... noble. It should also be noted, the terrace is already about 15 years old and complete. Uncovered. When it rains, the water is now on the boards. I can find no color change even after the 6 weeks. Individual boards that I had exchanged for damages no longer fall on, everything is good! Another note: In preparation I have the terrace cleaned with a good high-pressure cleaner (powerful as at the gas station). I think this is recommended for a very good result. Then please just let it dry, so that the oil can penetrate deep into the Holfasern.
