The inner bag is individually set by two adjustable padded dividers. An Olympus E-M5, E-P3 or Panasonic G3 with two additional lenses fit into it easily. A - for me - big drawback is the lack of padding on the outer sidewalls. On the sides where the strap is attached, only the cotton fabric protects the contents. The front and back are each padded the floor also, which is additionally reinforced, so that the bag is good.
There is no lockable compartment for small items, such as memory cards or batteries. For some this may be a purist, for me it is very annoying and makes the otherwise great pocket clearly impractical.
The bag looks great and feels very pleasant - no comparison with the usual plastic camera bags. She has the perfect size for an ever-this bag and it does not scream "photo bag". That would be worth 5 stars. Unfortunately, it has significant shortcomings in the practicality of (lack of padding on the side walls and to stow the nonexistent possibility small parts), so I finally sent back.
