Now the problem:
I've inserted and charged the battery. The first day of use ended with the cell phone in the evening was suddenly "dead", without warning or notice. Well, can happen, but even after a few days use, this behavior did not improve. A look at the voltage curve (JuicePlotter) shows that the battery initially the charge holding well (from 100% to 80% approximately 10 hours). Over the next 5 hours, the charge drops to 25% and then to fall to 0% in about 30 minutes. During this time, the mobile phone has to warn no chance against a weak charge.
In my complaint I got from the company a replacement battery is being sent. Unfortunately, this showed a similar behavior. Crowning glory: from 65% to 0% in 5 minutes at running display. Then I have all batteries returned and asked for a refund, which was also referred to me.
