Unpacked, the working conditions and the protection chip mounted, and sometimes just switch on, I thought. Far from it:
The engine growled out loud and was not able to pull the sanding belt because it was not pre-adjusted. So I made an adjustment so that the tape could rotate freely. Here, I've noticed that were not tightened some screws, which I then made up. So on a new one:
Switched on, the engine is noisy grumbling and reluctantly and slowly comes to speed, but the whole device makes this a great rushing and falling into excessive vibration.
That can not be so, I think, and hold a decision to the grinding wheel and abrasive belt mechanism to dismantle and reassemble properly, especially as the grinding wheel has a lateral run.
Based on this experience I can say is: Stay away from this unit.
The thread holding the left cover, were overexcited. The pressure plate which presses the grinding wheel to the axis is drilled off-center but wobbles around the axis. The base plate is not properly tightened.
And the biggest flaw in my opinion is the sanding belt complex:
The side panel is held by poor pre-adjusted screw with hardly accessible locknuts. A cheap and nasty solution that is only set time consuming, unless you want that it rattles properly during operation.
The screw for the run of the sanding belt is incidentally also been loose and gone almost lost. In the manual also this important for the function of the screw is not mentioned at all.
Long story short:
Even after intensive fine adjustment (if one can call it that), the device is still very noisy, it vibrates greatly, and one has the feeling that the grinding belt has too high friction, the engine fights counterclaims consistently.
The device is cheapest China quality, I rarely get such a bad goods.
The Einhell Blue and the Einhell stickers make it, unfortunately, not better.
From a limited service life, it must be also provided that anyone ever felt the desire to work with such a rattling contraption.
With is not entirely clear why the company receives such a waste to their portfolio, my previous confidence they have thus undoubtedly lost.
I send the item back to Amazon and'm going to procure a device from the competition.
Pity about the time I have invested in vain.
