The lamp does not even have a (!) Shone operating hour. It is a low-cost and thus a disposable product.
Unfortunately I was caught in a moment of weakness, the number of lumens.
For Reclamation Story:
First me, the seller has not responded and made to stalling tactics.
Then I was advised that I could not evidence of the inaccuracy.
Finally, the seller has meant he was looking forward to my next purchase. Because I smile now only.
