I was looking for a good protector jacket to use this when Free boarding, snowboarding and mountain biking. Due to the many good reviews here, I ordered this protector jacket. The low price makes but unfortunately relatively noticeable. If you do not have a comparison to higher-value products, like a show the value for money good, but you have already make very strong smears. The materials used and the workmanship are not exactly high quality. Compared to other products, the padding turns out very thin. The back protector is inferior. There are a few adjustments that allow a perfect fit, except in exceptional cases can not be guaranteed. In particular, the elbow pads slip very easily, even if you make the appropriate straps very tight. The breastplate is cut down very broad, making the protector jacket very brushing. Optical accordingly not just a highlight. In addition, the freedom of movement is significantly reduced than in other, though more expensive products.
Positive is the optional usable protect the collarbone area. If this protection is screwed, the freedom of movement deteriorates still further, but with many other competing products, this area is not protected, despite a broken collarbone in freestyle snowboarding and mountain biking relatively common.
I have returned the jacket back and decided instead for IXS Battle Evo. I would recommend anyone who can be explained by the low price and the many good reviews to move an order to additionally appoint another protector jacket by IXS, O'Neill or Dainese as comparison and then to ask the question whether one of sake comfort, protection and general quality but not to want to invest a little more in their own safety. In retrospect me the many good reviews already wondering something.
