The intermediate rings are made of plastic and act at first glance cheap (they are indeed ;-)) But the bayonets are made of metal and fit smoothly between the camera and a Ojektiv. The automatic functions are - as promised - transmitted. However, the rings have much game that quickly interruptions in the data transfer (eg aperture values) occur. But this is easily corrected by the rings a little rotated, until the streams flow again. Since you stopped working at the macro photography on the tripod, then comes down as desired and the unadulterated photographic fun, nothing stands in the way.
