Now I have tested both batteries 1/2 year, I thought so, I would have bought the original, so it was offered in the Amazon description. As one of them always makes much faster limp, I have now placed my glasses and looked up: The original battery has a gray print on the front and weighs 58 grams, on the sign is made in Japan. The spare battery has a front varnish overprint, on the side of a hologram with a serial number, weighs 45 g and is behind Made in China. I now order a new, but not with Amazon, but directly from Sony. Addendum: Also with Sony on the website looks the battery, which is sold in a bundle, different (with varnish overprint) than the original battery. It is also possible that Sony itself can produce even in China, even in Japan, so it must be a fake. But the fact is that the Chinese is worse than the Japanese.
UPDATE: Today is the battery, ordered directly from Sony, arrived. He is "Made in China", looks just like the one I bought here on Amazon, with clear lacquer print and hologram, and weighs even less than the one that came with the camera. In this respect, I think that I have received an original product at Amazon, but that Sony actually has several suppliers and therefore also the quality varies.
Conclusion: Sony replacement battery costs 25, - over here, but it seems to be the same. An original can be seen at the hologram with a 14-digit serial number green (in 2 rows). The charger works well, the battery in the A7 holds sometimes only a couple of hours, that I know of other cameras differently. So you always need 1-2 charged spare batteries in your pocket.
