MAGIX discontinued support - or why I get since 14 days no answer to my questions?

I very much regret that I switched on the 2015er version.
Constantly, the program depends on getting in other situations, so I have to finish it on the Task Manager.
Although all this is very annoying, especially if you had not backed up times for a while, and so much has to work again, it was somehow more repeatedly.
But the thick end comes at the end.
I had filmed the wedding of my daughter. As well 10 hours of footage have come together.
With MAGIX Video deluxe 2015 plus I had the footage edited many weeks:.. Cut to now 5 hours and 17 minutes,
Effects and aperture inserted comments been recorded, music underlaid continued etc. and so.
In "Burn dialog" I had created an appealing menu and then it went to the burning itself.
There I had chosen, that I want to burn a Blu-ray and set the encoder settings so that the capacity of 50 GB Blu-Ray remained below about 1 GB.
The rendering was then started by me. After about 18 hours then unfortunately the demolition with the unhelpful error message: "It is a fatal error."
In a protocol, which is also written by VDL, one could read that the steps 1 and 2, a total of 5 steps have been successfully completed. Right at the beginning of the step-3 then comes the crash with the message in the said Protocol:

Mir the user says this error nothing, this is more a message for the programmer.

The error was reproduced repeatedly. I had then the MAGIX support written, thereby described the mistake, the error log file, another file with other Screen Shoots sent along ..... what you can give to stop so in his helplessness to all information.
And so I wait now already over 14 days for a response of the MAGIX support.
All I've got the support was 3 minutes later an automatically generated mail from the support that confirmed my request with a processing number. and pointing out that as soon as possible a support staff will deal with my request.
2 times I had after that recalls my problem and asked for editing - all that soon a support staff will answer with no response to the auto-mail.
As all the bad reviews can be found here at Amazon, I'm not the only one who regretted buying this bad product. Unfortunately I can not give it back - I would do it gladly.
All who are considering to buy this product, I can only strongly advise against.
I was over 30 years of software developers at a major German bank. If we had there passed such a bad and peppered with errors in software production ..... oh that's not imagine what would / will happen to me then us.
The MAGIX such imports with errors larded product on the market is one thing - but then with their problems to let the customer alone - which is part of duly punished.
I think that the power of my notebook Acer Aspire 8951G with Intel i7-2630QM CPU 2:00 GHz; 16 GB RAM;
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit version
the requirements of MAGIX Video deluxe 2015 plus match, so this should even exceed them.
