Had for many years the Solitaire in the incandescent version in my jacket pocket. Most light was perfectly adequate but sometimes I would have liked a little more brightness. When I saw the Solitaire as an LED version of Amazon, I ordered it off and immediately added a second as a birthday present for our elders. My expectations were not disappointed: The lamp looked exactly like the incandescent version, but shone much brighter.
In my opinion, the Solitaire with LED is a compact, very bright and also even in the light beam adjustable mini flashlight in your pocket. About the look can indeed argue known but I find the simple shape beautifully. It is handy that instead of expensive button cells find the cheaper and more readily available Micro-round cells use. If the supplied battery is empty, the lamp can also be operated with a rechargeable battery.
