The Cullmann Magnesite 525 monopod is a solid tripod included sturdy monopod plus compact 3-way pan head. The tripod can be constructed quickly, ie the legs are already driving from their own weight. The panoramic head can adjust exactly. The terminals of the telescopic legs can be tighten using a hex key also. The monopod is an absolute hit - good to use in sports photography. I personally prefer to fix the height of the monopod by turning the telescopic leg in comparison with the quick release. So I personally am simply faster.
