The charger is kept extremely simple. Unfortunately missing from the manual explains the LED states (what is called "flash" and which means "light"). Have downloaded a manual of an identical device. My guess was true: "flash" is "load", "light" means "finished loading" or "inserted no battery". There's a star deduction.
For NiMH batteries, the part takes forever - ie in the order of 12 hours for 2000 mAh batteries. So this is no quick charger. For RAM Zeillen it takes some of the same length.
The accompanying RAM cells are currently doing. Since I "only" have 1-2 years, I can not say much about her life - but also nothing bad so far.
