To make it short: Both Adobe Premiere Elements, and MAGIX Video deluxe Premium are very good cutting programs that provide the hobbyists more than enough tools for good and varied films.
Who is already working with other Magix programs for image and sound processing, can be found in MAGIX Video deluxe Premium relatively quickly to right. Absolute beginners, so our experience so far, mostly prefer to work with Adobe Premiere Elements. Operation is simple, logical and intuitive. Is somewhat limited functionality - which, however, also on - compared to MAGIX Video deluxe Premium. MAGIX Movie Edit Pro Premium offers more, but you have to stop to incorporate a little longer. Also, we are always surprised that the rendering engine of MAGIX Video deluxe Premium almost reaching the Premiere Pro: The picture and sound quality of HD movies, burned to Blu-ray, is also in large-scale projection and sophisticated 5.1 system at the professional level!
Upon incorporation help videos on the Magix website and regular training programs offered by Magix in the larger cities. Unfortunately, a reasonable guide that is certainly appropriate for a program of this magnitude is one, is not inclusive. But you have this set settled a beautiful colorful keyboard on which the shortcuts are marked for quick program control with pictograms and color surfaces. Program crashes we have so far no complain. But I must admit that the video editing is currently being carried out on workstations with us with appropriately optimized hardware: P7, 32 GB RAM, SSD hard disc, Radeon GV R928WF30C graphics.
Conclusion
With a new program, it is like a musical instrument: Only when you safely operate the program and to exploit its potential, you can cut with one's own creativity and add sound to movies, with which you can be satisfied. This will not happen overnight. MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015 is no exception. The possibilities are endless, but have to be learned and safely controlled.
Anyone who wants to make it easier and may waive the partly confusing variety is certainly very well served with the standard versions or Adobe Premiere Elements.
