That hope has been fully met. The program has matured and has picked up in the area Menuerstellung so some limitations.
The menu items can still accurately placed and the selection of buttons has widened.
Before I founded now why I have only awarded one star, a short note to my review.
Since I do not make my video movies with Nero Vision, but instead work with Adobe Premiere Pro, I use the NERO software exclusively for DVD encoding.
For this purpose I had in Nero Vision Essentials individual chapters (each individual avis) imported, assembled into a movie, and each video produced its own chapter.
Offers the same options Nero Vision Xtra also - but unfortunately there is an ugly result.
If you play the finished DVD from, so with every chapter change a visible break (glitches and sound dropouts) can be seen.
What good because all improvements of the software, if the end result - the DVD - does not meet the standard and Chapter stringing together seamlessly?
The problem occurs even before the DVD rendering on (in the preview).
I have tried it with various films and various settings in the software (which is now not special opportunities).
The same footage is assembled correctly with the old version - the new version it gets simply no way - making the entire program with is absolutely useless and I have all called bad buy (I create my DVDs now still with the old version ).
An inquiry to the Nero support did not lead to a satisfactory solution. I got a software that would scan my entire PC and transmitted any data to Nero.
What data was not completely out. In addition, the fault is again searched for the user and not in their own software.
Alternatively, they offered me the entire footage and project to Nero to send clear ... - I send my personal shots at a software company ...
Other options saw not one. An update I have done only 2 days ago, in which the entire core of the software is replaced. Unfortunately, the problem has remained afterwards.
Anyone who wants to create movies with Nero Video Premium is certainly well served by the software - but Nero Vision Xtra performs its basic tasks incorrectly, making it unusable.
Too bad - perhaps will solve the problem once, but I am forced to the old version and their limitations continue to work a future update.
So far, Nero was for me always for solid and flawless software. But unfortunately not the standard was maintained.
The 3D menus and other templates are gimmick that I could live without, if the software would make it seamlessly play chapter of a film together ...
