To make it short: The bag is padded from a pleasantly soft fabric and from the inside with an extra soft material, so that the flash unit is well protected. Whether they can intercept a fall from height is questionable, but I find not the point of it all ;-)

The fit could not be better - my Metz 44 AF-1 fits perfectly in any case and it wobbles nothing.

So all in all totally recommended!
