Pleasant to use product, which is stable and does not slip. Of course after use, there are traces on the surface but they are superficial and do not portend to have to change board (and I prefer AC rather than sharpen my blades tt time!).
There is a ditch on the side that gets the juice, which is great if mm for juicy tomatoes is quickly filled.
