as always very fast delivery, the product was well packaged. For coffee itself: The functionality of the machine is good, the strength of the coffee can be adjusted by the "flavor voter" and works well, the coffee is even after 45 min. hot in the thermos. The only shortcoming: the filling opening for the coffee water could be a bit bigger, the oval shape and the folded-up cover disturb a little the water fill, otherwise the machine is recommended .....
