In my view, immaculate gigabit switch, which can handle his new field with flying colors. The throughput measured under Mac OSX is about 65 MB / s writing on a DS213 + at a Time Machine backup is running. The unit replaced an old 100 Mbit switch with me. With the performance of a self crimped CAT5 cabling I am completely satisfied. The housing is incidentally not warm and the sockets are all out forward with the status LED out.
