MFi certified battery anchor 2nd Gen. Astro Mini 3200 mAh

The battery makes a very high-quality finished impression. Everything fits very precisely in a matt black aluminum sleeve. Unfortunately I have not been able to breathe a little life to the battery. Taken out of the box, he initially refused to be on. The first charge attempt on an original iPhone charger failed initially. It did just nothing. Then I tried it with an iPad charger and after about 10 minutes now shone at last the charge indicator light. After another 4 hours, they went out again, and signaled to me that the battery is now fully charged. After that I tried to charge an iPhone 5S with approximately 10% residual load capacity. In approximately 50% of charging has been suspended because of the spare battery is sucked empty. These operations I carried out about 5-6 times now, but brought no improvement. Still allows the spare battery only with the charger from the recharge iPad, the iPhone charger continues to do nothing. During subsequent recharging an iPhone 5S I'll still not over the 50% mark. I'll return the battery well. Pity

Addendum: As already mentioned, I was immediately contacted after a complaint by the armature support. This sent me a replacement unit immediately. This now works as desired and therefore I can modify my earlier review given to full 5 points. The battery, it creates problems to charge an iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 from 0 to 100% full. In an iPhone 6 Plus to make it after all, still at 80%. Given the size of this is more than acceptable. Charging an iPad Air 2 I have not tried, because this battery is for sure not think, given the large battery in iPad.
I would like to express praise to this point again the anchor support, as some other manufacturers can cut a thick slice from. Not only that sending a new unit was extremely fast, and then you will again respectfully asked whether anything had worked.
