I only use it as microphone use games / voice chat communication (TS / Mumble / Skype) that I keep around the neck. I have therefore never tested the built-in speaker. However I can confirm that this microphone is of excellent quality for this price range. In comparison I was really disappointed in a logitech same rates, there the sound is clear and precise. Only small negative point, the absence of foam to isolate the micro blasts and other plosives.
