Video journalist being in possession of the Sony HDR-CX550VE, I was looking for a microphone to improve the sound quality for my interviews. I first tried a wired microphone, but each time it was mentioned the need to purchase an adapter, so not really convenient. So, I otpé for Sony ECM HW2! I received it yesterday, I tested it and it's just crazy .. It really works very well and is super easy to use. Especially since all my equipment is Sony, suddenly it's perfect.
Two worries. The first is the size of the microphone, too small to move the camera, not very easy to hold in hand and too large to make a lapel microphone, however, these are only details that have no significance to view of the product quality.
The second is that it is nowhere stated that the microphone uses one AAA battery that is not provided .. But 3.05 can buy so it does not matter ...
This is a really great product that I highly recommend to everyone.
