Personally I am a fan of Matthieu Ricard, after reading a bestseller treats his "plea on happiness", so I buy this one; There, there a host of esoteric texts, interspersed with the author of texts, we enter fully into Buddhism, all the great masters and Tibetan sages are cited. A book of richer and more complex, for cons, it can be read randomly jump at first what appears to us more airtight to come back later! For me it is like a treasure map, we will here and there, in the land in search of the unknown little nuggets of secular wisdom. Not easy to access, but the source of the ancestral texts! The excellence not bedtime reading but requires reflection and a little effort to touch the little finger WISDOM!
