If there is not enough preparation, it does ax nothing. So you have to be very specific about the amount you want to mix / chop. Too little, not. Enough is a hassle to do this several times and we regret not having a hand blender.
And once purchased, the instructions states that you can not use it to chop nuts, hazelnuts and other oilseeds. Is it due to the quality of the blade? Because with a chopper 380 w would be expected to be able to chop more hard foods as tomatoes.
FYI the mini chopper seb vintage (it dates from 1990) that I recovered from hard foods ax (that is specified elsewhere on the package) and yet it is only 200 watts!
Therefore I can only advise against the purchase of this product.
