Misleading description - only for Dynamo

The description at the time of my purchase was completely misleading.
Nowhere was the description that the part of a dynamo-operation.
On the contrary, in the description is 2x pointed out the battery function.
Supposedly my "parking light" and that the batteries are already in it.
Only if you turn on switching to doing nothing. No Light.
Complete waste of time.
