The delivery was very quick. I ordered on Saturday and on Monday afternoon the goods had been delivered. The armrest was well packed in a small, narrow box, but wrapped additionally in a huge box (sleeps 4 armrests!) With some wrapping paper, which I think is very exaggerated. misleading on the website is the second image showing the arm rest with the foot, which irritated me and let assume that these armrest comes with distance. Since this was not the case, I have the goods returned by return mail again. Conclusion: the provider should show but only on a photo, which will also be sent. In another part of photos can be seen with the joint and the short rod only the armrest. Pity about the effort and shipping costs! Therefore I only 2 stars.
